for the past couple of days whatever I search on google it always redirects me to another site like gimmie answers or yellowpage or repairspeed. I have tried looking at other posts to try to fix it because my avg or mbam will not pick it up and delete it. If anyone could help me out that would be great!

This is one of several flavors of "redirect" malware that can be a real bear to deal with. Several fixes are out there, all of which can be pretty complex and intimidating, but I've found that the simplest way to fix it is to reset your system to an earlier date prior to the time you first noticed you were infected. In case you aren't familiar with the process, you go to control panel \ backup and restore, then pick "recover system settings or your computer" and open System Restore, then just pick a point before you first noticed the problem.
