Hi, I need advice setting ram in bios.

Ok so I'm using ddr2-800, according to the manufacturer, I can set the cas latency as low as 4. And/or run at 400mhz.

Here is what my pcwizard tells me my ram supports

According to CPU-Z, it is currently running (bios is set to Auto) 5-3-3-9-12 @ 200mhz

If I want to set the ram up manually in bios, what will give me better performance?

5-3-3-9-12 @ 200mhz, or 5-5-5-18-23 @ 400mhz?

According to PCW, I can low the cas latency to 3@200mhz, so perhaps 3-3-3-9-12@200mhz would be better? I'm not sure, but I'd have thought running at a highter mhz would be better.

Let me know what you think.
