M/S Runtime Error Message

Friend sent me an e-mail from his hotmail server that took forever to get into my mail inbox. Then Iater I started to get 1 error message from MicroSoft and a pop-up message from IncrediMail saying that it had to close down and restart.

MicroSoft Message: "MicroSoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error
Program C:\Program Files\IncrediMail\Bin\ImApp.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate
in an unusual way. Please contact the application's Support
team for more information.

I've sent message to IM support team but, have not heard a thing from them. Can anyone give me any ideas on how I can fix this. Thank you.

I would try uninstalling...then reinstalling the email client/program.

Large emails...take time to process, IME, depending on speed of connection and size of email sent.
