I have a 4 screen desktop and 2 screens went out without warning. at the time this happened I was playing a youtube file. The machine locked up and I had to hard-booted down. On restart the startup screen (one of the screens that went down), started up and the system asked me what type of startup I wanted. I started the system "normal," at the end of the startup, it all seemed to be working "normal." The 2 screens that went black are connected to the same video card. Both video cards in the desktop are identical.

I have Windows 7 64 bit OS with 4 GB of memory.

Anyone has any ideas on how to trouble shoot this problem?

First I would see if the monitors work by using the video card that the working monitors are connected to. If there is display then I would suspect that the video card has died.,

As I said, upon restart, ALL the monitors worked. The machine had a normal shutdown after restart.
