Is there some specific problem with your system? What in particular is slow?

Those are not Windows 7 issues, but rather network issues. Are there other computers at your location? If so, do they experience the same issues?

First thing to do is try a different browser (Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome) to see if the problem persists. If so, you might want to check with your ISP.

As with Allan,
Check your download speed at this site "Speedtest It is reasonably accurate, and may show your connection is slow -

Thank You -
