Keep getting read\write for user folder

Good day.

So i just wanted to share my music folder and before that my video folder and so i tried sharing them through the properties window of the folders. I chooose homegroup and everyone, depending on the folder and made both read only. Next thing i know my entire user folder is shared and everyone's got read and write permissions on it.
