Hi, something has happened to my windows xp library file that won't let me install Adobe flash.I have been told the only way to fix it would be to reinstall windows xp. The problem is if I reinstall windows xp I lose all current files on my hard drive. Does anyone know of a way for a fix without losing all my files? Roger Spice

Error message, exact wording?

Steps you have taken just prior to error message?

System manufacturer and model?
