This virus is somehow associated to Sensible Vision Fast Access and locks your operating system. The site claims to be from the Canadian Intelligence Security Services. It accuses the user of viewing illegal porn or terrorist activity and demands payment of $100 to unlock your system. The site has some typos and a picture of a uniformed Police Officer (CSIS has no association with Police services). After some research and consultation with more knowledgeable friends, I ran msconfig-startup menu, located the file FATrayMon and unchecked it. This unlocked my operating system and returned it back to normal use. I followed it back to Sensible Vision in my program files. I had to delete this file using safe mode. I am not very computer savvy but this worked for me.

Thanks for the info. Do you happen to have the file still? If so, can you submit it to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/submit-malware.php?channel=3

Thanks
