Hi - I am a 55 year old woman, living in the northwoods of Wisconsin with husband, daughter and dog. I am a musician and rely heavily on computers for what I do. I am fairly computer literate. I've been having strange problems over the years that the various virus checkers and things I've used can't seem to stop, and I can't tell you how many times I've just formatted C and started over! I'm tired of that. I'd rather understand what's happening and maybe fix it.

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
