After getting help removing malware I was told I should consult this forum about some errors found. Thanks in advance!

To be honest I don't know if anything is running improperly. It was so far gone with the malware that it seems light years better but I just want to make sure I won't be screwing anything up by going back to normal use without repairing the errors.
