Run the test again but disconnect the Wireless connection and only have the Wired connection connected.

It appears your wired connection is not getting assigned an IP address like your wireless adapter is.

Make 100% sure your cable is not bad, the port is not bad, etc. Try using another cable, plug it into another port.

Pull up the LAN status window and try Windows diagnose, see that what tells you.

Give us any other information you can...
There's no place like 0.0.0.0, i'm tired of being at 127.0.0.1

Network Information:

This computer connects to a Router which is physically connected to the network and also connected to the network via a wireless bridge.

The wired connection of this computer to the network is the only known connectivity issue.

The IP address and subnet below is UNKNOWN.

Autoconfiguration IPv4 Address. . : 169.254.97.92(Preferred)
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.0.0

I find it disturbing that my network traffic is being routed through this UNKNOWN IP address. The wired adapter remains disabled until this matter is resolved.

Thanks to all for the support and assistance.

Nah that's just an autoconfigured IP that Windows configured since it was unable to get an IP. You need to make sure your router is configured DHCP for wired connections. Check the router webpage and look around in status areas to see if you can see your computer trying to connect like an area where it shows current connections. Check your cable, make sure it is not the cable. Take the computer and plug it directly into the modem and see if it works. Run Windows diagnose on that adapter.

There's no place like 0.0.0.0, i'm tired of being at 127.0.0.1

Gateway router at 192.168.1.1 is set to dynamically provide IP addresses, interact dynamically, and as wireless bridge.

Uses DNSMasq for DHCP
Uses DNSMasq for DNS
Enables DHCP-Authoritative

GATEWAY Status Reporting DOES NOT SHOW Router #2 at 192.168.1.2
which is the same router this Computer is trying to connected to WIRED.
However this Router #2 is successfully networking another WIRED connections.

Router #2 is set to router status, no dynamic networking.

FYI: changed the IP range provide IP addresses 1 to 253.
This changed FROM original IP range of 100 to 149
