Best Backup software?

My company was using Bounceback, but it's awful, freezes up the coputer, and cause one to completely crash.

Any suggestions on a good, well-priced, back up software?

Acronis True Image is the best of breed imaging software, but it's not free. Macrium Reflect is the best free alternative.
