My company was using Bounceback, but it's awful, freezes up the coputer, and cause one to completely crash.

Any suggestions on a good, well-priced, back up software?

Acronis True Image is the best of breed imaging software, but it's not free. Macrium Reflect is the best free alternative.

Both of the above companies offer solid backup software and tech support.
