Hello,
a while back I attempted to upgrade Itunes and it gave me an error message 'The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.' I got busy for a few months and today I tried to edit on AE some Quicktime shots and now the same error message is coming up for quicktime every time I try to reinstall it.
I no longer have an Iphone, so I don't care about Itunes...but I can't be without Adobe CS. Any tips would be appreciated.

Try downloading Quicktime and then installing it. This might do the trick, as it seems that you might be pulling the install from a shortcut of sorts (where it can't find the target).

What Adobe products are you using? Just AE? I've seen where I've had to uninstall and reinstall Adobe products to get them to work correctly with things. Worst case scenario (sort of) is that you'd have to uninstall Adobe products, install Quicktime, then reinstall the Adobe products.

Let me know if it works, and we'll go from there. :thumbup2:

Thanx for the reply.
I had previously tried to download and install quicktime with no luck. I just finished removing Adove CS3 and installing Quicktime; but again, I get the same message.

Actually, Microsoft FIX It Center did the trick. It allowed me to unistall and reinstall stand alone Quicktime.
Thnx for the help.

Glad you found a fix for it, and thanks for sharing the solution with us!
