If you think you may be infected with malware, the first place to start is in the "Am I Infected? What Do I Do?" forum. This is a centralized place where advanced members and staff can provide initial assistance with malware removal. If your issues cannot be resolved there, then you will receive further instructions as to what you need to do.

Also, please only post about a problem in one area. If you post in multiple areas about the same thing, it not only ties up more than one of our volunteers/forum members, it could create issues that would worsen the problem.

Please be sure to read all of the instructions in the above section, and someone will be with you as soon as possible! :thumbup2:

Moved topic in Audio/Video to Am I Infected.

Duplicate posts re same issues serve only to increase frustration/confusion...please do not make such and pursue the topic which has been moved.

This topic is now closed, to prevent further confusion.
