I imported the messages and contacts from her old computer to a new computer. Her old contacts are in the contacts folder but any new ones she adds show as reminders. However, they do show up if she starts an email and starts to type in their name.

I searched the internet for this problem happening and I found very little. One post said that to quit outlook, in run type Outlook/CleanReminders and it should clear out bogus reminders. I tried it on my windows 7 machine and nothing happened. But I am trying to figure out if this is a outlook bug or a corrupted pst file causing this.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Personally I never heard of the problem.

Any information would be appreciated.

It's just been resolved. It looks like it is a bug in outlook 2003.One article did say to run---outlook/cleanreminder...that didnt work but run---outlook/resetfolder did....now the reminders are real and this posting can be closed.

Thanks for letting us know you resolved it and how you did it. :thumbup2:
