I've had this issue for a while now and can't seem to find an answer.

Videos and downloads stop on a regular basis. It may take 5 seconds or 2 min but it happens all the time. This includes videos (although it seems that videos that pre-load like youtube do it, but any streaming videos will not). The strange thing is my internet it self never stops working. I can play online games for hours without any issues, both on my computer and video game systems. My computer is wired into a NETGEAR N600 and my Wii/PS3 are hooked up wireless.

A great example is right now I'm downloading the Win8 CP ISO and it has been stopping a lot. If I pause the DL then unpause it will start again for a bit.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
NETGEAR N600 router (hardwired)
i5 2500k
8gigs RAM
