I have a music player and when it plays a file,it opens a window.
It does not have the stretch icon that appears when I hover the cursor over the edge of the window.
I can set the lowest resolution to make the window bigger but I would like to make it full screen if possible.

Is there an option somewhere to change the "skin"? If so, you might change it to something more compatible to the standard Windows. What is the name of the player you're using?
War produces veterans, wounded both physically and mentally. They have sacrificed for us.....and it is now our job to help these veterans, as they have already helped us in ways we will never know, in ways that we cannot fathom, and in ways that we take granted every day.
