Hello All-
Having some difficulty today. When I try to boot the system, my HP Pavillion Elite will not turn over to Window 7. Also not able to start the OS in safe mode by pressing f8 at start up. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,

If you can get into the advanced options by pressing f8 during startup, try using the last known good configuration. Also, maybe before you try that, power down the pc and disconnect the power cord from the back of the pc until you see all lights go out in back. Wait a minute or so, then reattach the power cord and start windows again.

Hopefully this will help. B)

Roe0478 has some excellent advice. If that does not work. Let us know exactly what happens from the time that you turn the power on to the time that it stops responding.
