HELLO, CANNOT BOOT MY DELL XPS - 410 DESKTOP BECAUSE I DOWNLOADED UPDATED SERVICE PACK FOR VISTA AND NOW RECIEVE ERROR CODE OXOOOOC1F5. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CLEAR THE HARDDRIVE ON A DELL COMPUTOR?

I would perform a hard drive diagnostic test to determine the health of the drive.
