I've been out of the repair biz for awhile but because of my new job duties I need to get caught up with new virus/malware remove tricks and general hardware and network trouble shooting. I started doing my own repairs and upgrades in the late 90's. I've supervised/ran Circuit City's IQ crew (before it changed to firedog)also did the same for the Geek Squad. I use to visit this site alot back in the day. After getting out of retail I just didn't keep up the lastest tech. Looking forward to expanding my knowledge and contributing.

The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
