Hi,
I just bought this wireless mouse from ebay, charged it etc and it installed fine. The mouse properties say its working fine but I can't get the cursor to move!
The buttons work fine but it just wont move the cursor! Any ideas? Or is it just faulty?

Try moving the mouse to another position on your desk. It may be that it is not recieving enough signal at that particular spot.

Optical mice don't work good on hard surfaces. Are you using a mouse pad?

Did you get a warranty or guarantee when you bought the mouse from ebay.

What make and model is the mouse?
