Hello, guys
First of all, I want to apologize as this should not be posted here but wanted to make sure you, and especially @Bleepin Gringo, read this.
I was having problem with very stubborn virus on some friend's pc. Although , he had up-to-date NOD32 , he got totally screwed by viruses. I was able to pinpoint the problematic files but was unable to remove them as they recreated on the fly, Explorer.exe and winlogon.exe was infected...
Finally, I have downloaded your ComboFix tool and it was able to fix it all. I was so excited, so I have made registration here only to tell you one big "thank you". Keep up the good work.
Once again I apologize for posting this here.

Hello and welcome to Bleeping Computer!

I am glad to hear that you were able to resolve the problem using this site, thank you for sharing this!

One (general) comment though, be careful with powerful tools like Combofix; we usually recommend to use it only under the guidance of a trained malware removal as it can do quite some damage.

I will move this topic to a more general forum.

regards, Elise
