I have a HP Pavilion p6750f desktop with Windows 7 64-bits. Have also a 42" Samsung HDTV that I would like to connect the PC so I can watch "live" streaming news casts from a Denver. Co news channel. Here is the news channel that shows live news casts mornings, noon, and night on the Internet computer.

I know there is a way one can connect a cable- prefer a HDMI to the TV to transfer the news casts from the computer. My computer "does not" have a HDMI port, but the HDTV has several. MY HP p6750f has a VGA and several USB ports. Is there some sort adapter I can buy to connect the two--PC to TV?

Convert VGA to HDMI....see info in link. You may also consider getting a graphics card with two HDMI connections.

The other way would be if your TV has a VGA port as so many do these days.
