I am helping push my church to move into the 21st century. One thing I really want to do is to trade in the olde paper guest sign in book for some sort of welcome that will be electronic, probably tablet-based, offer the guest the option of running a very short welcome video and then direct that guest to leave key contact info. It has to be really simple so that anyone can move through its prompts.

Any ideas on how I might do this? I am thinking about setting up a website just for this using Google Apps.
