I've found Bleeping Computer useful occasionally in the past, but my own bleeping computer has given me so many opportunities to bleep recently that I thought I'd better join and share my own frustration/anger/fixes/etc with the community. For example, yesterday I removed all traces of Chrome from my PC when it yet again updated itself and lost all my settings and extensions. Just one example of the way IT software goes out of its way to alienate users. So Goodbye Chrome.

Thanks for having me on board the forums, I anticipate many therapeutic rants ahead.
