build problems

having troubles with a build. system specs are- msi X79A GD 65 8(D)-motherboard, i7-3960X proccessor, 8x4gb g.skill ddr3 2133= 32gb ram, 120gb ssd, 1 tb HDD,kingwin 1300 watt ps, phantek heat sink, sony bd player, EVGA 560 Ti 2gb graphics card. im actually havivng a few different problems with this one, 1st my mouse tends to hang randomly ive tried kb+ m in a different set up and it works fine ive tried all my usb ports and all have the same result. 2nd for the life of me i cant update my bios and am not even sure if i need to. the mb has a oc genie button that wont stabilize and i havent been succesful in my oc attempts even though ive tried what the manufacturer has suggested for settings so if there is anybody out there that could offer some advice it would be very much appreciated.thanks wtfjh?

I has to be frustrating to buy the premier CPU and have problems.

A couple of the reviews say

:( Dimms 5/7 not useable until after you flash bios for quad channel.

It sounds like you need to update the Bios.
