Hello jewman and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. I do not see any indications of viruses or malware in the log. It is clean.

I do see that Limewire is installed on this computer. Any P2P program will be a drain on system resources so I would recommend removing that. Other than that, you could post a question in the XP forum and let them have a look at the various system settings and program configurations to see if there is anything to be tweaked.
