I would like to formally introduce myself to the Bleeping Computer community. I am in my lower 20's and am rather good with computers (or so I'm told). I joined this forum to be able to help people with a wide variety of problems. I have a decent amount of experience with a surprisingly large amount of software (as long as it's free, there's a good chance I've used it or at least heard of it). I am pretty familiar with Windows computers and I am increasing my abilities on Unix operating systems as well. I also wouldn't mind eventually taking the Malware Defense courses offered here. I am very pleased that a place is dedicated enough to fighting malware that they offer free courses to train people on the defense in removal of it. I have long been removing malware and viruses from computers of friends and family and have recently come across one that was so infected I couldn't fix it (it wouldn't even boot into safe mode...). I directed him here to receive help since I read about the free help in the forums a while back. Hopefully sometime soon I will have the abilities to be able to fix computers in that bad of shape myself.
