There seems to be a problem in my boot. Not sure if it's an infection or what. When I start windows (win7 home premium), I can log in, but about 30 seconds after the desktop shows up, while a few things are still loading, everything freezes. Explorer won't run, ctrl+alt+del has no effect. The only thing that remains is the ability to move the mouse. It seems to have begun randomly. Any thoughts on what I should look at?

Hello, so you cannot get to the Desktop? Can you get there in Safe Mode?
