Hello, Pleasingly I have come to this exact same topic -If I may ?- Id like to iron out a difference between the administrators and trusted installer /user account. My last OS crashed because of something to do with this area and I hope to aviod the same with this one WITH your great information! Q. obviously theres a difference in permissions to sort out what files are used by who BUT is there any danger in placing both administrator and user exactly in full control -unified? both? Id like to slightly organise them so Ive chosen to respect all! Is there any real reason why both should BE in full control yet the user account has the imperfection of UAC permission req. on say.. file write. Does this keep a balance or are there cross threading dangers?
Thanks for reply ahead- so far this is a great place.

Can a user account be given full control alongside administrators? less say 1 read write option to keep a balance.
