Is the ITX motherboard and case compatible? The case doesn't list ITX compatibility.
Are you using the stock fan that comes with the CPU? If you use aftermarket, it might interfere with the video card.
You have a 6GB sata HD, board supports 3GB sata, not sure how this will affect the hard drive, could just lose some performance. Also does the PS have Sata power connectors?
Can't find much on the power supply, long as it has the 6 pin connector for the card or the card comes with the adapter should be ok. Couple bad reviews, but who knows.

Looks fine. If you're not overclocking, though.
Case fits mobo, any case would fit that mobo.
Don't get a DirectCU gfx card, you dont need it. It might not even fit in your case. Just get a stock reference card. Saves $$$ and you wont need aftermarket stuff.

In addition... Personally i would not pick an asrock to such system... your mainboard would then be the bottleneck....

Try Gigabyte, Asus, or MSI, these have decent boards at surely the same pricing as your Asrock.
