looking for a program

I am looking for a program that will look at a dir on one disk, and match it with the same dir on another disk.

Or a program the will copy from one disk to another, but only copying the files that are not there.

See if SyncBack Freeware V3.2.26.0 is what you're looking for.

Another good program is SyncToy. It is provided by Microsoft.
