Hello, I am new here and am having problems with my computer.

Here is what's going on, my older brother left his computer on for a whole night and had woken up to a constant beeping sound. He turned it off and on plenty of times, after he tried that and took out all the wires he just had the power cord in and still the beeping noise, and there is no pause it is just constantly going. After that he asked me what is wrong with it so I looked up many things on the internet and they said its the RAM or Video Card so I opened up his computer and I had cleaned out and put back his RAM tested it then it was still beeping the same so then I tried to see if it was one of the RAM sticks he had that was bad(He has 6gbs of RAM) I have checked all of them and nothing new happened just the same old thing. The Video Card I have know idea if he has one as I don't see it anywhere. If you want a video I can upload one real quick just let me know, and I didn't post the specs or anything since it doesn't really matter.I don't think its a board(Motherboard) problem either since all he did was leave it on at night. I have reset the CMOS and my BIOS or something called AMI(American Megatrends) and I can't do much in the AMI actually I can't do anything. In the CMOS I can do quite a bit of things that you could do it the BIOS. I can't make it to the boot menu, every time I press F12 like it says to nothing happens, I can only go to CMOS. I set it to where it will boot the Disk Drive first so that I may run Memtest 86 and so that worked fine and I have done like 8 tests so far(I have no idea when it ends but I am on like 100% on my 8th test) and it says Pass complete and no errors. I cleaned the CPU fan and that didn't do the trick, same beeping it is short and continuous as you can see in the video below.

If you need any info that you think will help then let me know.

Help will be much appreciated, thanks

Heres the video(I know I sound young, I am only 15 and my bro made that youtube name):

Here's pictures of the Motherboard and the Cmos Battery:

I had tried a recovery disc just to reset everything but to keep my brothers files and everything but it said there wasn't enough space on the disc. My brothers HDD is almost full so that's probably why, its a 650 gb I think or 600 but either way is there a way to save everything and then wipe the HDD I can't get to the desktop to erase stuff to make more space on his computer. Can I use his hardrive on a different computer?
