Hi i just got done using a new AV scanner in my winxp os and went to go on-line to my dismay i get my home page swapped for a page called about-blank and wont let me reset my homepage to what i want. I had recently used a suggested program and high jack this log to send to your site for some help. The original trouble was "my search" which took over my home page at that time. I had successfully removed it and now this new problem has come up. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance from Joe Boscoe jboscoe@localnet.com My os is xp sp1 with IE 6.0.2600 Thanks in advance

Create a directory on your hardrive, to save HijackThis.exe, called c:\hijackthis. This is a mandatory step, for the backup and restore functions, of HijackThis, to be able to work.

Download the latest version, from here.
