Have been infected with the above virus on my laptop about a day ago and have tried looking around on the internet for help in removing it before getting to your site. Have got no antivirus program but have Malwarebytes. I have set up another laptop so I can follow instructions to clean my infected laptop. Malware scan was clean and nothing detected. I downloaded combofix and ran it but after about 10 mins my computer froze and the time also froze. After about 45 mins I rebooted and then read the preparation guide and tried to do the DDS scan but computer froze again before completing the scan. Coulg some one please guide me through what I should do next, thanks so much

Also, I don't know if it is related to the virus but when I go to the virus and malware removal page, it is just blank. Probably not the virus because it also happens on my clean laptop.

Since you have posted in AII I will close this topic.
