I recently had an infection of consrv.dll and a few other things, which Avast told me it deleted. A scan on avast and Spybot S&D now comes up clean, but every once in a while (~30min) another warning pops up saying that it removed it again. I've googled it and tried some of the various suggestions, but to no avail. Any help is appreciated.
