Hello from Houston.

I am a computer technician who is frequently asked to help with computer issues many of which turn out to be virus or malware related. Even when I am able to clean their computers I warn them against using it for on-line banking or on-line credit card purchases because I am not sure there is not something still there. I looked at some of the training about 2 years ago and it did not give me any confidence at the time.

This site seems different, I was lured by some of the answers to my searches.

Thank you for what you do!
