unwanted booting screens

Every time I reboot my computer a logitech web cam help window shows up.How can I prevent this?

Hi -
Make and Model of the computer please -
First logical question is, do you use a Logictec Web Cam ?
Next, have you attempted to uninstall the webcam and then reinstall it ?
