 Hi,
The other day a sheet of paper was stuck in our HP 612c inkjet printer.
This sheet was pulled from the top discharge.
Now it just rapidly and steadily blinks yellow.

Anyone have any ideas on a possible home-repaire?
Any help would be appreciatied.

Thanks,

Doug

I am assuming you hjave turned it off and back on again to see if the error has cleared. Did the paper rip? If so open every accessible space and look inside for pieces of the paper that may be stuck in there

Thanks, Grinler, but we have shutdown/re-booted, and the paper came out whole.

Ther used to be a great site at this HP addtess, but, it ain't there, now.

I'll burn some incense in front of the printer before I get my 36'' pipe wrench , in a day or two, or three .

This has really been one wonderfully well workin' printer, through.

Thanks for your help.

Best Regards,
Doug

Doug,
Try looking here and see if it helps with the HP Printer.

HP Errors

Found their site useful but hard to find info after they changed it up.

you said the paper came out whole but when it came out did you use some kind of force? if this is the case there has been some problems with HP printers that the Ink cartages can become misaligned / off track it has happen with a few Very impatient people here at work just opened the top forced the ink holder to middle if it make a loud screeching sound let go see if this might solve it

BTW the ol' 1-2-3-Kick works just as well as a Pipe Wrench =)

Just my $.02 but what do i know!
