I'm working with the Outlook app and continues to get slower and slower. It starts slow, it switches slow between calendar and mail. It just having terrible performance. I have all the current updates for both Mac software and Office 2011. I've tried rebuilding the database, uninstalling then reinstalling it and even reset the email account on the mail server. Any ideas?

I would try and decrease your pst file down to about 100 Megs. 4Gigs is way to big for a PST.
