Thank you, Sani-T-Capt1.

These are some I took of a storm passing over, the other day.
Images start in the SSE, and moving to the East.

Nice, the first shot looks like a funnel is about to form, when I was building Subs I used to go to Newport Beach, R.I. during lightning storms and watch the strikes hitting the water and the white crests of the waves washing up on the beach. Of I was in my car but those memories would've been nice to share had I been into photography like you fine members are. Maybe I'll break out the ol' Cybershot 12.1 I have and see what kind of mischief I can get into with it

Thanks Sani-T-Capt1.

Go ahead and pull out that camera, dust it off, and show us what you've got.
It would be nice to have someone else participate, besides just sierrachello and myself.
I know we can't be the only 2 members of this forum, with a camera. :)

tg1911.......I think the snake is a blue racer...the lizard a green anole

As to the turtle: From Wikipedia....
The red-eared slider (Trachemys scripta elegans) is a semiaquatic turtle belonging to the family Emydidae. It is a subspecies of pond slider. It is the most popular pet turtle in the United States and also popular in the rest of the world. It is native only to the southern United States, but has become established in other places because of pet releases and has become an invasive species in many introduced areas, like California, where it outcompetes the native western pond turtle.

There is a neat pic of those posted at The Panda's Thumb today.....coincidentally

Those three pics are of really good quality.

buddy,
The snake is what's referred to around here as a Water Snake.
Non-poisionous.
I looked it up and it more closely resembles the Black Racer(Coluber constrictor), or the Black Rat Snake.
Judging by the habitat, propensity for climbing, and general bad attitude, I'd say it was a Black Racer.
The Blue Racer is a northern snake.

I knew what the turtle was.
Considered a pest around here.
A very destructive species.
They're my favorite target when I'm walking the canals, doing some shooting.
I do my part, to help keep the population thinned out. :)

Didn't know what the lizard was.
Thanks for the info.
I finally got a decent close-up of one:

Nice action shot, greeman. :thumbup2:
Let's see more.

I guess the Moon could be considered a nature shot:

I have some, but they were scanned and the quality significantly reduced by the time they were of a sort that could show on a webpage. The pictures themselves were taken several years ago, most with a snapshot camera. I have more recent photos with a good camera, but again it's a film camera and I don't have access to a scanner. So, here are three of the ones I have:
