Windows Live Mail recognizes the password sometimes and then other time it doesn't. The password may not be as secure as it should be. It is 5 characters, which I want to change to make it more secure. The computer has McAfee which could be causing issues as well.

I'm trying to find someone who has/had this problem and what they had to do to resolve it.

I am asking this because a friend of mine is having an issue with Windows Live Mail. The email account was configured correctly. However the email password is only 5 characters and could be better.
My friend has Mcafee which could conflict. I havent heard of anyone experiencing such a weird problem. But I am anxious to find out if anyone has heard of such a problem and how it was resolved.
