Hi,
For some reason I cannot get into my hotmail account or open msn messenger on my PC.
I can enter my hotmail nd messenger on other computers so its definately just to do with my PC.
And now I don't seem to be able to ectivate my firewall, which is norton..
Any help'd be appreciated.
Thankyou folks!

Go to IE>Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Sites and see if hotmail has been added to the list of blocked sites.

Hello onionizer,

Is there a "parental control" option in your Symantec/Norton, and is it enabled ?
Then unlock "mail/instant messanger" first in this parental control (by default, they are blocked bij Norton parental control),

good luck
