Hi,
I'm looking for a PCI ethernet 10/100 card with Windows 7 64 bit support and a processor to replace my old 3com which model I don't remember...

I have a personal server that runs bitTorrent non-stop and plays full hd h264 videos. The 3com card was working fine with XP, but Win7 x64 doesn't support it. A have noticed that after removing the 3com nic my cpu processing increased substantially (AMD Athlon X2 3600). I prefer to change my NIC than to revert back to XP.
I know that gigabit cards are affordable, but here in Brazil a good card is very expensive and, for me, will be underused.

Could you give me any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Searching ebay I've found U$10 intel pro/1000MT. Here in Brazil the cheapest is U$70 for a used one... ebay is my savior. :)
