Installed windows xp professional. clean install and everything looks fine until i try to connect to internet i cannot see network icon in system tray and no connection available message. Using ethernet cable on desktop and it works on other desktop.checked internet connections and nothing is there.

What does your Device manager say...Start--Controll pannel---Administrative tools----Computer managment----Device manager>>>Find your Network Adapters and hit the + sign. Is there and ?.

just realized there are no network adapters in device manager

Did you download your drivers??? What is the make model of the computer...Operating system??

If there are question marks that means that your drivers are not installed or are not working. If you have not installed your drivers you can get them from the manufacture web site.

select your operating system> Drivers orignal> and i believe it is the NVIDIA LAN drivers.
