Hi, friends!

I have exactly the same problem stated here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic423702.html
It's exactly the same, and I speak spanish, too (but I'm from Spain).
I tried that step by step, with identical results.
But I'm blocked just BEFORE you solve his problem! http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic423702.html/page__st__45

That "Fix.bat" is not available, and no idea where to find that batch!

So please, Bleeping Computer technicians pimp my ride! (ehr... repair my Windows!) :D

It is unwise to follow malware removal instructions posted for someone else, even if symptoms are similar. Doing so is akin to having a surgical procedure done on yourself that someone else has had done without a diagnosis.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

If HelpBot replies to your topic, PLEASE follow Step One so it will report your topic to the team members.

Thank you very much to help us with your bleepingcomputer web!

I solved my problem following exactly the instructions of that post, and reemplacing the missing "fix.bat" with "copy c:\windows\servicepackfiles\ipsec.sys c:\windows\system32\drivers".
Then uninstalling and reinstalling TCP/IP protocol solved everyting!

I learned a lot reading posts, so I repeat: Thanks and.. go ahead!!!!
