Bandwidth Limiting, help!

I'm having a problem in my house with bandwidth sharing
When a big download happens, the bandwidth pulls to that computer
We have quite a few computers on a wireless network.

How do I control this?
Any tips?

Did you check if your current router by logging in if it has feature to control bandwith allocation?
