I am attaching a DDS I was able to do via logmein for my other computer.

The computer is running extremely slow! If I am online (with Broadband) I get booted often and the computer is SLOW.

Thank you.

Computer running very slow!

Is this a virus?

TCP: Interfaces\{31E1AB21-CE20-46FC-A9B9-D5442F8CEC9B} : DhcpNameServer = 75.75.75.75 75.75.76.76

I also found:

BHO: {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - No File

Can we fix a computer through Logmein? My aunt knows nothing about a computer and I do clean it out, periodically through logmein. I ran a scan and have it. Once given the okay - I will post it.

Thanks

Barbara

I don't see much there.

Download BTKR_RunBox to your desktop.

Double click on downloaded BTKR_RunBox.exe file.
Small RunBox DOS window will open.
Press any key to continue.
Press "1" to select "Run a scan with Bootkit Remover" option.
Press "Enter".
Press "Enter" one more time to generate log.
Click OK, IF any "Warning" message pops up.
Notepad will open with Bootkit Remover log.
Copy the content and post it in your next reply.
In RunBox press "4" then Enter to exit it.

NOTE. In case you lost the log it's also located on your desktop as "scan.txt"

I don't see anything there.

If you wish more advanced check...

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at Step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues, what you have done to resolve them, and a link to this topic.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

It would be helpful if you post a note here once you have completed the steps in the guide and have started your topic in malware removal. Good luck and be patient.

If HelpBot replies to your topic, PLEASE follow Step One so it will report your topic to the team members.
