If this is the first bsod since October I wouldn't worry about it.

As per Allan -

Not much concern if these are the only 2 ever problems -
An exercise if you want to run this for about 15 to 30 mins (depends on your system) to check system files -

SFC.EXE /SCANNOW

Go to Start Orb and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the search box, right click on the cmd.exe and select "Run as adminstrator"
In the black window that opens, type "SFC.EXE /SCANNOW" (without the quotes) and press Enter. No disks are required for Win7 -
Let the program run and see what it says when it's done.

It should run OK

Regards -

If I may - If you feel a need to do anything you can download and install the latest direct-x version as well as the current driver for your video card.

Bugcheck = 0x116 = video TDR timeout; video driver was unable to reset in 30 secs

Be sure your video drivers are update. Same with video related devices, e.g.. webcam

Okay, thanks. I typed in SFC.EXE /SCANNOW
A window briefly flashed on the screen and disappeared so I'm not sure if it's running or not. I haven't had any dialog boxes pop up yet.

When that finishes, I'll check out direct x and the driver.

You have to type CMD and bring up a DOS window. Then type SFC /SCANNOW. If you simply type SFC /SCANNOW it will pop up a window and not do anything.

Doh! I misread that as go to Start Orb and type SFC.EXE
I ran it correctly now and it seems to be okay. "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
