Hi. Sorry, I'm just a newbie, but sometimes, when my computer crashes, the BSOD appears as an arrangement of white pixels instead of letters. Does anyone have an idea on whether or not it is serious, and how could I fix it?

The computer is a Dell Inspiron Duo with a (I think multithreaded) Intel Atom N570 and an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150.

Thanks.

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

I suggest you start by downloading and installing the latest Broadcom Crystal HD driver and let's go from there.

I'm not so sure how to install it. I downloaded crystalhd_3.6.9.zip from http://www.broadcom.com/support/crystal_hd/. Do I use (inside the zip) "CrystalHD_3.6.9.32\setup.exe" or "CrystalHD_3.6.9.32\Broadcom CrystalHD Decoder.msi"?
